Voice Mail Profile Name* : Blah
Description : More Blah Blah Blah
Voice Mail Pilot ** : your actual voicemail pilot
Voice Mail Box Mask : XXXX (one X for each digit in your extensions)

Create a CTI route point using the format you want, i.e. *77XXXX which is forward all to voicemail and has the voicemail profile defined above.

As long as your search spaces are set up correctly, it will work like a charm.

  without any special changes:

  Transfer > voicemail pilot > extension > # > 2

with some work, you can create a CTI route point that sends them directly, i.e. *77 + extension goes directly to voicemail.

i got this from the cisco unity audio text document i think.

How do you transfer a caller to a users Vmail directly? Unity 4.0.4 CM 4.1.2. I think it has something to do with transfer → messages → * then I forgot the last part.

    TIA

    Scott
