[cisco-voip] Intermittent audio using Cisco 7200 as a Voice Gateway

We are having a very strange problem when using a Cisco 7200 as a Voice
Gateway to the PSTN.  We have some 7960 phones and CCM version 4.02 (using
H.323).  Calls internally work fine.  Calls externally worked great for a
couple of months and then suddenly we started seeing some problems.  Calls
would connect via the PSTN fine, but we would have one-way audio, or no way
audio.  An Ethereal capture shows that RTP is working exactly as it is
supposed to be between the 7200 H.323 gateway and the IP phone even when we
have audio problems.

If we reboot the 7200 calls may work anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour, then
they will start to fail, and then anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours later,
they start working again for a while.  Cisco has sent us brand new DSP cards
and we have moved up the IOS chain to 12.3.8T and still see exactly the same
behavior.

The 7200 connects via PRI to a SONUS Gateway which connects via PRI directly
to the PSTN.

It is almost like the 7200 is periodically doing too good a job of echo
cancellation. :-)

Attached is the config.  Any suggestions (other than upgrade to a 3845) would
be appreciated.
