There's a timer setting for it - interdigit-timeout under the
call-manager-fallback config section. Don't make it too short otherwise
folks can't dial out :)

When in SRST mode, is there anyway I can shorten the delay it
takes for calls to go out of the PSTN, I seem to be getting about a 6 -
7 second delay before the call starts to ring through.
