[cisco-voip] 4.1(3) upgrade and MGCP issue on VG200 on 12.2 mainline

Hi,

Had a customer upgrade from CCM 3.3 to 4.1(3) and all
is working fine, except for calls destined to a
third-party IVR unit that connects to FXS ports on a
VG200 that is MGCP controlled. This worked with no
problem until the 4.1(3) update. To keep it simple, it
fails when a IP Phone calls the FXS's DN number.

Call Manager 4.1(3) flat
VG200 12.2(7a) - upgraded to 12.2(29) and same
problem. Only 32meg DRAM and 8 meg flash in this VG200
so can't go higher without putting $ into this
gateway.

Debugs are below, the gateway receives call and on the
audio cutover MGCP packet the VG200 is sending back a
510 (protocol error) message, then call disconnects.
I've been crawling through bug navigator without any
luck so far. The IP address of phone is 10.1.101.37.

The sympton/problem is calls connect, and show
connected briefly then drop on audio cutover. Caller
hears dead air for a few seconds then call gets hung
up. The VG200 can ping the phone, external PSTN
gateway, call managers, etc fine.

So is there something with MGCP in 4.1(3) and older
IOS's causing us problems? 

We changed this over to H323 to get inbound calls
working until we get this MGCP thing figured out.
