[cisco-voip] Message Waiting Indictor (MWI) Problems

Hi All,
I was wondering if there is anyway of manually turning off
MWI on Cisco 7940/60/70 IP Phones.
I am currently using CallManager 4.0(2a)SR2a and seperate Team within
my Department uses
Interactive Intelligence's Communité 2.2.2 as the our Unified
Messaging (VoiceMail) Solution.
Communité interacts with the CallManager via the CiscoTSP and this is
how it controls MWI for the user phones. The TSP installed on the
Communité server is version 4.0(0.2203)
