[cisco-voip] Line status -- real time

I'm not looking for something that big.

Current PBX has a feature where the speed dial has a little red light
when the extension is busy. It give a user the ability to transfer the
call or say that the user is busy do you want there v-mail or can I help
you some how.

I like AC personally. I just would like the speed dials on my 7960's to
have those same little icons from AC on my phone.

IE> speed dial 1 is my boss. It shows an idle phone if he is off the
phone or it shows talking if he is on the phone. I don't want to have
to have an application running to find this info.

Anything like that out there?

Thanks

Scott

AC shows realtime status for speed dial lines (upper right by default)
AC shows status upon query update in the directory window (entire middle

lower pane by default)
shared line shows true status real time
CallManager perfmon counter 'cisco lines' shows realtime status.

I believe 3rd party ARC Console does realtime line status and some I3
(Interactive Intelligence) clients showrealtime line status.
