This was my fix....
Go into the admin and make sure the agent was in the right team.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Agent falling off radar
I'm running IPCCx 3.5.2. I have one agent that is falling off the radar
(supervisor screen). This phone and PC did this with the last staff
member but is now doing it with the new staff member. PC has been
formatted and reloaded. Any other ideas? PC is running xp sp2.
Thanks
Scott
