Do you use a Hardware(router) or software(CM) bridge?

We just upgraded to CCM 4.1.2, but I am still ironing out small
problems. When I attempt to do a conference call, I get the error
message on the phone L.E.D of "No Conference Bridge ".  How do I resolve
this issue.
