[cisco-voip] what trafic to ip comunicator uses

IPC acts just like a 7970 so open up the ports you would if it was a 
hard phone and you should be ok.  For RTP only it should be the 
standard 16384 - 32767 UDP range.  I assume you've got TCP 2000 open 
since the IPC can register.
