depends on your ambition and the network devices involved.   Usually you can
strip progress indicator or set it to 1 to prevent audio cut through.  Then
only have to worry about gratuitous ringback generated by originating
device.

Is there any way to control whether ring back comes from the gateway
when placing calls to the PSTN.  I have a group of devices that I don't
want to hear PSTN ring back on, however I can't seem to find any way to
control this.
