[cisco-voip]CME problem any ideas?

I've been having a problem with shared lines.  I have a supervisor and
assistant, the assistant has both line appearances of her supervisor on
her phone along with two of her own lines.  When the supervisor is on
line one and a call comes into line two the shared line two on the
assistants phone only flashes, it doesn't ring.  Any ideas as to why
this is?  Where should I look/debug?
