What version of Unity? 4.0.? kind of sounds like Windows 2003 sp1.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity and Exchange

Greetings,

We have been fighting this for more then a few hours now. We are having
a problem with Unity communicating with Exchange. When trying to access
voice mail, we get the message that the message server is off-line.
Both servers can see each other. Their has not been any directory
changes and nothing obvious stands out. We have re-run the permissions
wizard and checked and re-checked them. Everything looks fine in
Exchange (2003) and Unity (4.0), but yet unity says exchange is not
active. This just started out of the blue in the middle of the night.
Their has got to be something really simple that we are overlooking.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards,

jevin
