[cisco-voip] IP communicator problem

Dear All,

I have few questions about IP communicator:

1. When using Softphone, I can dial to external phone number (PSTN),
but in IP communicator, I only get the busy tone. Is there any special
configuration should be done in IP communicator ?

2. In IP communicator, I need to click "dial" for some DN to begin
dailing, but some don't.

3. Is it possible that I can use keyboard "Enter" instead of only
mouse click "dial" button ?
