[cisco-voip] WebDialer and Outlook

Well that might have been the easiest and coolest feature to add yet. 
:-)  Going to be making some sales people and executives very happy
with this.  Works just fine for outside calls as you mention, just had
to change the dialing prefix stuff to add the 9.

Amazes me sometimes at how little I seem to know about CallManager and
all the little extra things like this you can do.
