[cisco-voip] FXO not disconneting

I'm running a MGCP 2801 that has FXO ports to interface with the PSTN.
(CM 4.1.3sr1)  Based on a voice mail after hours I think it's not
disconnecting the call after they leave a message.  How do I fix that?
