I agree with Lelio.  We've had many customers use the greetings
administrator.  I make up a simple "directions for use" sheet, have the
IT people email it to the owner of the call handler, with all the info
and the extension that we assign to the call handler.  I've even built
distribution lists and assigned that as an owner and then more then one
person in the department have assess to the handler.
