[cisco-voip] FIXED - BARS Install/setup password/account issues

FYI,
Fix for this was that something was not right with
accounts on CRS server and changed password of
administrator account on CRS server to same thing it
was, then had to reinstall all the agent desktops
because the password change changed more and touched
other stuff and agents stopped working until they were
reinstalled. The customer had some other stuff that
wasn't working right on call center that is now
working right after the password change.
BARS install worked on both CCM and CRS and able to
backup both now.
Not sure what the cause was and both servers are in
workgroup and not domain.
