If your users are not keeping their voice mail boxs cleaned out. There
is a chance that users could loose portions of their voice mails.
Remember they only have a certain amount of time and how they use it is
up to them. You can bounce their time limit up, but be careful with
this. First, ask them to clean out their voice mail boxes and see if
this helps.

How long are these messages? Is it going past the message timer? Do
you have limits on Exchange messages?

We have been experiencing sporadic cut-off messages from some of our
remote locations. At first,

I thought these were just hang-ups but these were message left in
mid-sentence.

We are running Unity 4.0(3) SR1 along with Exchange 2000. I upgraded TSP
on the Unity box to

7.0(4) b from 7.0(3). Tac suggested that I disable VAD and also check
for the following command

In my voice gateways (vg200) " >no mgcp timer receive-rtcp"

I know this could be a QOS problem as well, but has anyone dealt with
this?

Thanks
