[cisco-voip] Event Log showing: number of transient connections, and devices being unregistered

Transient connection attempt means the TCP session to callmanager was 
aborted before the device completed SCCP registration with that 
callmanager process.

Consider the case of a phone with cm1 as primary and cm2 as backup.

Anytime the phone is reset you can expect a 'transient connection 
attempt' on cm2 because the phone always opens the TCP session to its 
backup server but never registers with backup server unless 
communication with primary server is lost.
