[cisco-voip] Call Delay in connection

 Hi All,

We are using CCM version 4.1.
I am facing a problem of call delay.When some one calls through
IPphone7640,on first attempt he is not able to connect.In two three
attempts he gets connected.
Can someone provide me the solution of this problem.
