Nothing like cisco to not fix a bug. Bug closed.

CUBI:Failure when Alias field contains a space

<cmdbold>Symptom:<nocmdbold>
Cisco Unity Bulk Import (CUBI) fails on the parsing subscriber records function
during any type of import or update when the Alias field contains a space.

The log indicates: "Error=Invalid character(s) in string - please refer to the
documentation to see which characters are allowable in this field
(regex=([a-z]|[A-Z]|[0-9]|`|~|!|@|#|\$|%|\^|\x26|\-|_|\{|\}|'|\.)*)."

<cmdbold>Condition:<nocmdbold>
Can occur when using CUBI to import or modify subscriber's in Unity when the
account has a space in the Alias.

<cmdbold>Workaround:<nocmdbold>
Modify the subscriber's alias to contain no spaces and proceed with the import
using CUBI. Or manually modify or add any subscribers who have an alias that
include spaces, using Unity System Administrator.

CN = common name in AD correct? Looks like it has an issue with Tammy
Kelm. Compare her CN with another user you are trying to import and
see what's different.

my guess is that you are trying to import a field with a comma in the
data and it doesn't like it. the regexp condition included does not
allow for commas as far as i can tell.
