Digital Networking.  It should happen pretty much automatically for any  
Unity servers in the same domain.  That's what the Locations ou Unity  
creates is for.

IE>  Call into one Unity servers auto attendant.  Type last name, but

These two unity servers are both on the same AD 2003.
