The other way to do this is to use a voicemail profile which has a mask which sends the call to the appropriate mailbox.
Not very scalable, since you need a seperate voicemail profile for each destination.
There _used_ to be a 'voicemail box' field in CallManager 3.2 I believe which was perfect for this, but they removed it in favour of the voicemail profile/mask method.

Hi,
Is it possible to have multiple subscribers remotely access one voicemail box in Cisco Unity without using alternate extensions? I don't want to use Alternate Extensions because of the nine user limit; I need to have at least fifteen people access one voicemail box.
