[cisco-voip] Callback over PST

Hi!

I have a general question to callback on callmanager 4.1 with
a H.323 Voice gateway. I have activated the callback feature and
actually I can used it on internal calls only
Some users wanted this feature for external calls too,
but at the moment, when the user push the callback button,
nothing happens.

Is it possible to use the callback feature over the PSTN ?
If yes, can someone send me a link how to configure ?
