[cisco-voip] Another CME Question (or two)

1) Anyway to create an intercom that autoanswers without the mute button
engaged? In other words I intercom Patty and she can directly respond
without turning the mute button off.

2) I have a few 7914 side carriages for the receptionists. Anyway to have a
single line both monitor a line and serve as a intercom line? That way
before the receptionist tries to intercom a person they can see whether they
are on the phone or not.
