Just for S&G's try creating a file in the TFTP directory called:
SIPDefault.cnf

Put the following line in the file: 
image_version: P0S307400


When I first started burning new/old images onto these Cisco phones it
seemed like a black box, but now I've seen just about every conceivable
combo that can exist on these buggers.  

Keep reading those docs, you'll get it loaded eventually... and good
