Hello,
Cisco Contact Center has recording and monitoring capabilities. But it can
record only on demand, and is intended only for low volumes.
For a centralized call recorder scalable to hundreds of phones, you might
want to try CallReplay (http://www.call-replay.com). It also has call
monitoring & whispering (the ability to listen to an ongoing call and to
say something which only one party can hear) and supports extension
mobility at no extra cost.
