[cisco-voip] Ciptug Unity workshop

I went to the Unity troubleshooting workshop and they talked about
checking the Eadmin mailbox and possibility moving the Eadmin to a local
user (Me)  How do I change it to me rather then the Eadmin.  I currently
have the Eadmin disabled for security reasons.
