[cisco-voip] how to add a second cm server to ldap dir sever for crs

what version?  3.x you should be able to rerun the install and add it.  4.x not sure.

we want to set up redundancey for our crs app.  we added the second ip address for the other cm in the crs administrator.  but when we orignally installed the crs server, we did not fill in server B info.  So someone said we have to add the server to the cti manager list.  but we could not add with dsbrowser /editable
