[cisco-voip] phone to phone paging

I already have Berbee InformaCast for paging between phones.  So I know
about paging software. BUT I have an assistant on a PBX phone and the
admin just got a 7940 phone.  One DID on the 7940.  I know I could setup
a second extension on the admin's phone and set it to auto pick up on
speaker phone, but I was wondering if Cisco has made any kind of code
dialing to do this.  

 

What I'm thinking would be nice is to make a translation pattern of
3.xxxx would set the call pick up to speaker phone on that extension.
This way you don't have to burn a second DID / extension.  Does anyone
else think that would be a benefit?  Are current PBX does this with a
7+extension.
