Scott,
Syn-Apps SA-Announce (http://www.syn-apps.net) has this. Actually, there
are two features doing this. One is feature called "Hoot-N-Holler" where
you dial a page group, then enter the number you want to autoanswer on
speaker.
The second feature is a kind of walkie talkie were you do a page to
preprogrammed numbers, and the destinations can press a softkey and "talk
back".
