I currently don't know of an app that does this. (not that it doesn't)
But you should be able to make an app like this.

You might check with IPcelrate or cistera.

We have a customer who would like to have a receptionist park calls, and
other users be able to see a list of parked calls on the display of the
IP Phones.  The users would be able to selectively pickup the parked
calls.  Is this possible?
