Your line has alot of CRC input errors.  Do you also have errors in
the current interval when you issue 'show controller T1 0/2/0' ?  Try
clearing the errors and see whether they come back.  If they come
back, you might have a wiring issue, have SBC loop your CSU or
smartjacks to see where the problem is.

On the other hand, since SBC was able to resolve the issue without
your input it was probably a problem on their network and they fixed
it by taking a loop down or something like that.  Telco's always blame
CPE first - i think it is in their handbooks.
