[cisco-voip] Transfer from shared line?

How many lines are assigned to the phone?  If you don't have enough
lines I've seen this.

Got a client, has a shared line on 9 phones, says the transfer soft-key
is greyed out. Is there an issue with transferring from a shared line?
He can transfer fine from the other lines on these phones.
