It's possible to set a UK CLI to be several other numbers such as an 
08 or 05 which might be as long as 11 digits.

I'm pretty sure I've seen International CLIs presented as 
"International" on our resold BT Wholesale PRIs  before now.
If anyone not in the UK feels like placing a call to the non-
connected DDI +442083625000 this should show up in the isdn debug 
log.
