[cisco-voip] UK E1/PRI - Caller ID

Well, the problem is that British Telecomm is not seting the type as
"International" on any calls.  All calls come as type "National" so I
can't distinguish between national/local and international calls on the
type, only by what digits I am getting.  Does BT send your International
calls inbound marked with the correct type?
