[cisco-voip] Connect PLAR on ISDN Voice Ports?

Hello

I use it on BRI port. Can't say anything about PRI. But I think
connection plar on digital ports is ugly approach. Use
direct-inward-dial in conjuction with voip dial-peer instead.
I have to use connection plar since my telco does not send
called number in the incoming Q.931 Setup message :(
