[cisco-voip] Anyone using Cistera Call Center Recording ?

Just thought I would ask and see who else might be using the Cistera Call
Center Recording?  We just got ours in and setup yesterday, so far so good.
Seems rather easy and simple, however I have questions on maintenance and
managing the device from an administration stand point and want to talk with
others who use one and have experience administering one.
