Dean-

I'm just throwing this out there.

I went to the CIPTUG Conference 2 weeks ago and they had all the vendors
there. I looked at both plus a couple others. What are you looking
for?

I went down with the focus of finding a VoIP Management suite and came
back knowing I just wanted a really good troubleshooting suite. What I
have decided is that I will most likely go with Qovia's solution.

The price break is much better and it puts sensors at remote sites that
return live information to the console and also gets real time snmp info
from the switches, routers and VGW's. It will basically give you where
the problems are on a particular call.

Just my 2 cents

Scott

I'd like feedback from those users of either NET IQ's VoIP tools or
Integrated Research's PROGNOSIS. How do you like your product
selection?
