Of course path pruning would bring up obvious questions about who pays toll
rates once call control is released ;)

That call will actually tie up two ports (incoming and outgoing) and yes
incur a charge.
Wouldn't it be nice if the Carrier's supported Q.SIG Anti-Trumboning ;)
