[cisco-voip] Re: cisco-voip Digest, Vol 34, Issue 75

Hello. I found out that the soft keys for cisco ipphones can not be configured to do a speed dial or short cut to call the upstairs operator.  The function of the softkey are preconfigured in the software and cannot be modified. The only changes will be the layout of the keys
