[cisco-voip] need help

Hi All,
I am facing an issue in logging in to cisco desktop agent the error is
"unable to log agent in"
The error log shows :
ASL10013 Set agent state call failed (267).
20:42:01 12/19/2005 MAJOR PhoneDev PD2066 AgentLogin: Agent state login
request failed: Unable to log agent in
I have checked that the particular IP phone is associated with the rm
user.
Kindly suggest.
