[cisco-voip] no ringback tone with call from PSTN->CCM->ATA

Hi all,

I have deployed a call scenario as follow:

PSTN---> AS5300---->CallManager----->ATA 186

and I have faced two problems as follow:
(i)first I see that CallManager converts all h323
messages with Faststart element that come from AS5300
or ATA into slow start mode.
(ii)Because of (i) all calls from PSTN to ATA will use
h323 slow start mode so it drives to another problem
as follow:
In slow start mode ATA 186 does not send h245 address
back to AS5300 until Connect message so no media
channel opened until Connect message so caller from
PSTN can not hear ringback tone from ATA. In oder to
solve this problem I have forced AS5300 to play
ringback tone locally by using command: tone ringback
alert-no-pi  under voip dial-peer but sometimes it can
play sometimes can not.

Any thoughts?
