UM or VM. Does the user have access to the VMail? Can you just reset
the password and go in and save the attachment? Or you could give
yourself exchange admin rights and put yourself on there account and go
in that way. Can you get to the web interface to download it?

Subject: [cisco-voip] Pulling voicemail off of unity to save?
There are a couple of voicemails in a users account that I am hoping to
retrieve so that it can be stored as well as given to someone for legal
reasons. I cannot seem to find an easy way to retrieve this voicemail.
I know it is stored on an exchange message store of course but not sure
of the best way to access this. Any recommendations? I am sure I can
do it in a round about way, but thought I would ask to see if there was
an easy way.
Regards.
