[cisco-voip] Outbound Calls

looks very similar to CSCei81193.  Looks like we aren't processing  
the setup ACK and it goes down hill from there.  looks like it is  
fixed in interim versions but nothing avail on cisco.com.  prob  
better to roll back for now.

In a debug isdn q931 I appear to be getting this;

         Cause i = 0x8090 - Normal call clearing



 From the callers point of view the call comes back as “unknown  
number” at the other end the person being called the phone rings once  
then disconnects.



Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated.
