[cisco-voip] CRS Application Trigger Question

How does it work if you have 7 different triggers / media groups / CTI
groups setup like this:

1

2

6

10

10

5

10

And you're licensed for 24 IVR ports. If I were to have 24 calls over
the 7 groups it would busy out?

associate the jtapi trigger with a cti port group / media group that
only has your desired number of sessions available. I'm pretty sure in
my previous mis configurations i've recevied reorder from the trigger
when one of these was not set correctly:

jtapi trigger max sessions

cisco media group number of channels

cti port groups number of cti ports

What happens to an incoming call when the Maximum Sessions limit is
reached on a trigger? The help docs don't help too much.

Max Sessions

Maximum number of simultaneous instances of the associated application
that can run when triggered by this trigger

I need it to send a busy tone back to the caller, but currently it just
rings and rings.
