that.

One of our Supervisors is in the same room as the agents and it makes it
less confusing with the headset rather then the pc speakers.

A supervisor can only silent monitor through the CSD running on a PC.

With the IPCC Express Enhanced edition can a supervisor silent monitor
from their phone or does it have to come from the supervisors PC only.
