[cisco-voip] Who has upgraded from 3.3.4 to 4.1.2?

I'm looking for someone(s) who has upgraded a publisher / Subscriber CM
3.3.4 to 4.1.2.  And if possible upgraded from CRS 3.1 to 3.5.  

I have some questions.

Did you run into any problems?

If you are integrated with AD did the upgrade go well?

If you are using Unity, did the CM upgrade change the ports or did you
have to manually change the voice mail ports?

How long did it take?  4 hours, 8 hours 24 hours?  I need to schedule a
window and need to know about how much time I need.
