[cisco-voip] Error on Logging - Urgent Help needed

Hi
This is when DSP services could not be started. I think it's a bug in software. What software you are using ?
Recommended action by Cisco is to Copy the error message exactly as it appears on the console or in the system log, contact your Cisco technical support representative, and provide the representative with the gathered information.

I am having 2 router as gateway A and gateway B talking on h323. I am getting strange log on the log.
Feb 4 18:44:22: %HPI-3-FAILED_START: channel:3/0:15 (85872) DSP ID:0x2, failed mode 1 for service 25

I tried searching cisco site but not much help. The calls from gateway B to gateway A are failing with just two rings and dead air.
It is one way calling, please help. Am facing lot of complaints about the same
