[cisco-voip] CCM upgrade 3.2(2)c to 4.1(2) - Steps and Experience

If you check the compatibility mattrix, 4.1(2) has some minimum requirements, one is a 4.0.x and one is a 3.3.x 

We have chosen to go to 3.3.4 first, then to 4.1.2.

You will need to order the disks and perform an upgrade from the disks. I did it all in under one hour I think. The 4.1(2) upgrade, not the 3.3.4 upgrade.

  What steps do I need to do to upgrade from CallManager 3.2(2)c to 4.1(2)?

  Can I upgrade to 3.3, run a BARS backup (latest version), then do a clean install of 4.1(2) and restore from BARS?  I also have a Subscriber to upgrade.
